Upgrades, New 80 foot high Boiler Flue, and New Drainage System.
	Construction Excellence: in Repair Projects 2003 Commonwealth of Massachusetts  Division of Capital Asset Management Fernald Center Power Plant 200 Trapelo Rd. Waltham, Massachusetts 02452 This Project Consisted of: Structural Stabilization, New Steel Decking, New P.V.C.Roofing and Roof Drainage System, Copper Flashings, Rebuild Skylight, New H.V.A.C., Electrical Upgrades, Lead Paint Removal, Asbestos Abatement, and New Lighting System.

	Preservation Award 2001 Commonwealth of Massachusetts Historical Commission Jamaica Plain Spanish 7th Day Adventist Church 40 Elm St. Boston, Massachusetts 02130 This Project Consisted of:100 % Masonry Repointing, New "2 color" Slate Roofing, Repair/Rebuild Exterior Woodwork, New Stained Glass Windows, Structural Stabilization, 100 % Painting, New Copper Gutters and Downspouts.

Roofing System, Slate Repairs, Repair/ Rebuild Exterior Woodwork, Painting.

Preservation Award 1994 Commonwealth of Massachusetts Historical Commission Torrent Fire House 47 Branch St. Lowell, Massachusetts 01851 This Project Consisted of:100% Slate Roofing Repairs, New Copper Gutters and Downspouts,100% Masonry Repointing, New Windows, Repair Exterior Metal Cornices, 100% Painting, and New Fire Engine Exhaust, New "Genflex" E.P.D.M. roof on tower.
