This Project Consisted of: Removing existing H.V.A.C. system and Instaling a new H.V.A.C. System,which included Chillers, Air Handling Units, Water Cooling Tower, Chilled Water / Condenser Water / Steam Piping, Plumbing, Electrical, Automatic Temperature Controls, Ductwork, Pumps, Testing and Balancing, Insulation, Roofing, Louvers, Equipment Screen, Structural, and Concrete Cutting and Pads. The Air Quality Was Greatly Improved !		This Project Consisted of: Installing a new H.V.A.C. System which included a Type 316 Welded Stainless Steel Exhaust Duct System, with New Exhaust Fans, Make-Up Air Fans, Dehumidifier, Electrical, Insulation, Automatic Temperature Controls, Testing And Balancing, Concrete Forming, Structural Steel, Refrigeration, and Carbon Fitration System.

This Project Consisted of: Removing and Replacing: Heating & Ventilating Units, Dust Collecting System in Carpentry Shop, Kitchen Exhaust Fans and Ductwork, Rooftop Exhaust Fans, Duct Cleaning, Testing and Balancing of the Air and Hot Water System, New HVAC Insulation, New Roof Curbs with structural framing, New Roof Top Units (Natural Gas Heating and A/C), New Automatic Temperature Controls, New Welding Department Exhaust System, including Welding Booths, New Exhaust Systems in Masonry, Cosmetology, Plumbing, Auto body, Auto Mechanics, Upgrade Electrical, Fire Alarms, Carbon Monoxide Systems, and New Acoustical Ceiling in the Cafeteria.		These Projects Consisted of: Installing 100 % Source Capture Emergency Vehicle Exhaust Systems and Direct Ventilation Systems for Diesel and Gasoline Engine Exhaust, including Testing and Balancing, carbonmonoxide detectors, ductwork, and electrical.
